Robynne grew up outside Boston and spent time in Atlanta and the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Ashland with two very young children in 1998. Her daughters, now adults, grew up in Ashland, so Robynne has put down deep roots in the community and considers the Rogue Valley home.

Robynne earned a bachelor’s degree in French literature from Mount Holyoke College and a master’s degree in mass communications from Boston University. Before entering real estate, Robynne spent 25 years in marketing communications and as a small business owner. She loves working in real estate because it keeps her involved in the community and lets her build a business while helping people.

Decades of volunteer work have deepened her community connections. Robynne has led Girl Scout and Brownie troops, served on the boards of various animal- and youth-related organizations, and has groomed horses and walked dogs for several other nonprofits. She’s currently on the board of the Ashland Chamber of Commerce and a member of the OREF Residential Forms Committee, which helps develop the contract forms real estate brokers use. She regularly walks dogs at the Jackson County Animal Shelter.

Robynne is currently working on a yoga teacher training certificate and is happiest when doing hot yoga, gardening or hanging out at home with her husband and business partner, Jeffrey Nagel, and their two dogs.
