Tucked into the forested hills of Southern Oregon, this approximately 160-acre recreational property offers privacy, water, wildlife habitat and usable access. Approximately 3,300 feet of Savage Creek frontage winds through mixed conifer, oak and madrone forest, meadow-like openings and varied terrain. An extensive internal road network provides access through much of the acreage for hunting, hiking, UTV use and land management. A recorded and surveyed way of necessity provides documented access, while mapped federally managed public land adjoins portions of multiple boundaries. The property is undeveloped with no residence, well, septic or electrical service installed. Historic Oregon water-right records identify a water right associated with Little Savage Creek. Jackson County planning staff have identified potential Forest Resource homesite application pathways; no dwelling approval is currently in place. Buyer to verify all information and intended use.
